Thank you for taking out a group membership for Care Box Online.
Please check your email inbox for confirmation of your membership.
As the named co-ordinator of your group membership, you can enjoy access to Care Box Online right away (Just click the “Membership Home” tab at the top of the page). However, for other members of your team to access the site, we will need to receive their details so that we can set up log-in credentials for each team member.
Please email carebox@mycareconsultant.co.uk listing the first name, last name and email addresses of the individuals you would like to be able to access Care Box. You can add new users at any time (up to a maximum of 10 concurrent users) just by emailing us with a request and the details of the new user(s).
